Our fees for therapy sessions vary based on the type of treatment offered and the qualifications and expertise of the therapist. The fee per session will be outlined for you before scheduling your initial appointment. The duration of each session is 50 minutes. The fee for writing letters and completing forms is charged for the time used at our per-hour rate.
Psychological services are not covered by OHIP. However, the services provided by a registered clinical psychologist, are usually covered under extended health insurance plans( health care plans through your employer or your partner’s employer).
You may check your insurance plan to determine your eligibility for psychological treatment.
We accept payments by debit/credit cards, and e-transfers. We collect fees directly from you and provide you with an invoice and a receipt for each session which you can submit to your insurance company to obtain reimbursement. You may keep these receipts for your insurance or income tax claims.
Cancellation Policy
Our clinic follow 24 hour cancellation policy. Clients need to request for reschedule or cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice (at least one business day).
